WDI began the formation of Trinity Groves™ Developments starting in Dallas in 2005 by assembling vintage retail, industrial, office and vacant lots into one cohesive district. Trinity Groves™ Dallas has come to encompass over 104 acres of infill real estate less than one mile from the Dallas Central Business District. WDI currently owns approximately 72 acres with 11 acres under contract and 21 acres targeted for acquisition. WDI is a privately held, Dallas-based partnership.
